I am attempting to regularly plan our meals weekly so that I will use food more efficiently, resulting in less waste.  If I’m using a dish with a recipe available on the internet, I’ll provide the links as well.

We had an unscheduled visit from my in-laws last week, which provided us with one meal out and one meal of leftovers. So we’ll be making the latkes and szechuan chicken this week instead.
