We had an unscheduled visit from my in-laws last week, which provided us with one meal out and one meal of leftovers. So we’ll be making the latkes and szechuan chicken this week instead.

As you can see, we didn’t end up making the beef stroganoff last week. We actually didn’t make the chicken soup either. This week, we have a very meat-heavy schedule for the cold weather we’re expecting.
