In which I get back into posting the meal plans I make each week in an attempt to waste less food (#4).
I missed cooking — really cooking — a lot while I was immersed in the house to the exclusion of everything else. And I spent a lot of money on frozen skillet meals and cheap fast food. So I’m getting back into the habit of regular meal plans and shopping trips and indulgin myself by including a new recipe each week.
New recipe: poultry brine
(I made extensive munchies for New Year’s Eve, which ended up being enough for two nights.)
