Meals this Week

In which I outline our plans for meals this week,  in the hopes of wasting less food (#4).

Though you might not be able to tell this, we’re trying to eat a little lighter this week now that our holidays are officially over. We’ll be eating salad with lots of veggies and this dressing, stir-fry with more veggies than chicken, baked chicken strips made with panko breadcrumbs, scrambled eggs that will somehow incorporate the ingredients of guacamole (experiment), chicken and broccoli couscous, and end with a spaghetti squash food adventure.
