A lot of the food I scheduled for last week made more than we expected. So some things have shifted to this week, like the barbecue pork and the mac & cheese.

As you can see, we didn’t end up making the beef stroganoff last week. We actually didn’t make the chicken soup either. This week, we have a very meat-heavy schedule for the cold weather we’re expecting.
